What a session can be
Each one runs on Zoom, with the same rule as everything else here: coaching and editing, never ghostwriting.

Single essay review
One personal statement, statement of purpose, supplement, or addendum, returned with written feedback. A follow-up session to talk it through if you want one.

Brainstorming session
For a blank page. An hour of questions until a topic with something real in it surfaces, then a rough outline to leave with.

School or program list session
A gut-check on the list before applications open: balance, fit, what is missing, what does not belong.

Activities review
The activities list or résumé, entry by entry, so each line shows what you did rather than what you joined.

Open session
Whatever needs an experienced hour: a supplement that will not settle, a recommender question, a deadline plan.
Interview Preparation
A structured mock interview on Zoom, then direct feedback on answers, pacing, presence.

How a session works
Send the document or the question ahead of time. Angelika reads before the call, so the hour goes to decisions rather than catching up. Marked suggestions come as tracked changes or comments, and you keep final say on every one.
Turnaround
Written feedback on a single document typically returns within three to five business days. If a deadline is closer than that, say so in your first message.

Session questions
Is there a minimum?
One session. Book it, use it, decide afterward whether you want another. NEEDS CLIENT CONFIRMATION on whether sessions are sold singly or in small blocks.
Can hourly work turn into a full engagement?
Yes, at any point. Plenty of clients start with a single review, then ask for the whole plan. The discovery call sorts out what that would look like.
Do you write anything during a session?
No. The session produces notes, marked suggestions, a plan. The words in the essay stay yours. The Academic Integrity Policy applies to every hour.
